Eight people were injured following an accident on Bunting Road, Cottesloe, in the afternoon of 5 May. Netcare 911 Media Liaison Officer Santi Steinman said that, “Paramedics and other services arrived at the scene and found that two minibuses had collided head-on, obstructing the roadway.”
She explained that those injured sustained injuries ranging from minor to serious. They were treated on scene and transported to various hospitals for more medical care. “Exact details surrounding the cause of the accident and preceding events are still unknown and will remain the subject of a police investigation,” Steinman concluded.
