GRAPHIC CONTENT: Smash-and-grab gone wrong
EMMARENTIA – A man was beaten by taxi driver and two passengers after a smash-and-grab attempt.
An unidentified man was allegedly man-handled on the evening of 22 April after he had attempted to smash-and-grab a car at the intersection of Judith Road and Beyers Naudé in Emmarentia which proves to be quite a hotspot.
According to Eblockwatch’s Facebook page, “Perpetrator smashed window of car in front of minibus taxi, the taxi driver and two passengers jumped out to help the victim.”
Parkview Police Station could not confirm the incident. They said no one has opened a case with them.
