King David learners show their superior knowledge

A group of boys from King David Victory Park made their school proud when they aced The Israel Quiz.

Aidan Goralsky, Lior Hyman, Daniel Segal, and Amie Shull from King David High School Victory Park, competed in the final round of The Israel Quiz at Beyachad on September 21.

The competition proved to be exceptionally challenging, testing their extensive knowledge of Israel’s history and current affairs.

After a tough battle, Daniel Segal secured third place, while Lior Hyman and Aidan Goralsky achieved the same top score.

“To determine a winner, an additional round was introduced, where Hyman and Goralsky continued to impress by scoring full marks and maintaining a neck-and-neck competition,” said the school’s Nirvana Rogers.

Ultimately, due to their outstanding knowledge and performance throughout the competition, it was decided that Hyman and Goralsky would share the first-place position. “King David Victory Park High School is extremely proud to retain the coveted winning trophy for another year. We are honoured to have had participants who demonstrated immense knowledge, with a special commendation to Goralsky and Hyman for emerging as the winners of the Israel Quiz 2023,” concluded Rogers.
