The year that was, a look back by Beagle Watch

André Aiton lists the many achievements of the company during 2022.

Andre Aiton, MD of Beagle Watch says, “Our communities can rest assured our teams will be on alert during the festive season.”

Aiton gives his overview of 2022 in the following message to our readers:

Time is precious, as we all know. But it’s how we use our time that counts. At Beagle Watch, we have used the year 2022 productively as we continue to improve and expand our service offering to the benefit of not only our clients, but also the greater communities we serve.

This includes expanding our already vast CCTV footprint by partnering with Vumacam’s safe city initiative, launching innovative solar and other solutions to keep security systems running and to help combat the effects of protracted power cuts, investing in additional state-of-the-art technology in our call centre to assist our teams during periods of excessive call volumes, and bolstering our teams on the ground with innovative foot patrols, additional patrol vehicles, and much more.

From a community perspective, we launched additional environmental teams to clean more parks and public areas, increased the number of electrical substations under our wing to close on 70, tripled the size of our animal safe zone facility and sponsored and presented a large number of pet microchipping days. Our teams reunited an average of 20 lost dogs with their human families per month, over a year, that’s 240 happy reunions!

Our teams were involved in the successful apprehension of countless suspects, but more importantly, we were able to support our clients and members of the public when they needed us most, when they were in distress and their lives were potentially in danger. This is an honour and a privilege that our teams do not take for granted.

As we move into the festive season, our communities can rest assured that our teams will be out in full force and on high alert to ensure your safety over this time.

Wishing you a blessed time of rest and relaxation.
