Some the student voice their frustrations at actions of a suspect who burned down a office block at the institution.

SIYAPHILA SANGQU: I didn't even know that it was deliberate and I honestly think the suspect wanted to cause unnecessary chaos because most students who had tests on Tuesday ended up not writing.

Recently, a suspect was arrested for arson at the University of Johannesburg Bunting Campus office block.

The suspect allegedly poured petrol over the office furniture and set it alight while warning personnel to get out of the office building. Though this suspect will face the law for his actions, those heavily affected by his actions were not only the two employees who had to be rushed to the hospital for smoke inhalation but the students and staff who use the facility.
