Yom Yerushalayim at King David Victory Park

The school commemorated the special day with a fun activities.

According to website, My Jewish Learning [https://www.myjewishlearning.com/article/yom-yerushalayim-jerusalem-day/], the day is a recent addition to the Hebrew calendar. The site added the day commemorates the reunification of Jerusalem under Jewish sovereignty in 1967.

To commemorate the day, the school hosted a Yom Yerushalayim Fest on May 29. There was a play pen for bunny rabbits, camel rides, a silent disco, various stalls at a shuk (street market) and fun inflatable rides for the children.
