No answers yet in the Alberts farm body discovery

ALBERTSKROON – No information on body found in the park.


Police are still investigating the matter of the body that was found in Alberts Farm.

Sophiatown Police Station spokesperson, Captain TJ de Bruyn stated that they have not made any breakthroughs in the case involving the discovery of a body in Alberts Farm.

The elderly male’s body was found in a ditch in Alberts Farm on 18 March. SCP Security was alerted of the body by one of their informants. They contacted Sophiatown police to attend to the matter and the police were there within minutes. An inquest docket was opened afterwards.

Police cannot confirm or deny any of the details surrounding the cause of death but stated they will do so once they have the information.

Police will continue to investigate the matter and provide updates as they become available.
