Fairland CPF to host December meeting

FAIRLAND – Some valuable safety and security information will be shared prior to the busy festive season.

The Fairland Community Policing Forum (CPF) will host their last meeting on 11 December.

At these meetings, residents are given first-hand information on safety and security-related matters by the police, Metro police, security companies, ward councillors and other role players in the field.

The meeting will be hosted at Mosaïek Church Hall  from 6.30pm. Residents are encouraged to attend the meeting to raise their concerns and discover the status of the community.

This meeting will also feature a special presentation on the Namola app.

This is an app that helps you receive assistance during emergencies. A representative from the app will be present at the meeting to show and explain how the app works and answer any questions on it.

This presentation is another way the CPF is trying to empower our community against crime.
