MELVILLE – Jack Parow has since called for an end to Uber/ taxi violence.

A post has been circling on Facebook posted by rapper Jack Parow about one of his friends who was stabbed in the face, allegedly by a taxi driver.

Parow complained that the Uber driver did nothing to intervene but later asked the victim to get out of the car because he was bleeding on the driver’s seat.

The rapper said the incident came after he and another friend were attacked with pangas while waiting for an Uber outside Sandton City Shopping Centre – also by taxi drivers.

Parow has since called for an end to taxi/Uber violence and for Uber to do more to keep their customers safe.
The incident has not yet been confirmed by police or Uber.

Northcliff Melville Times is still in the process of obtaining comment from the Brixton Police Station about the matter.

This is a developing story and details will be published as more information becomes available.
