I was admitted to Helen Joseph Hospital on Saturday 2 July 2016 after suffering a heart attack at home.
The paramedics took me directly to the triage area for screening and I was taken to the orange trauma in no time.
I was immediately attended to and was impressed with the level of professional service from the word go.
If it wasn’t for the paramedics and the efficient handling of my case by your hospital staff I could have been worse off.
The doctor in the trauma unit said they would be admitting me and later that evening I was transferred to Ward 9. The following day I was transferred to High Care.
I must congratulate you and your staff for the high level of professionalism and for holding public health in high esteem. Thanks to Gift of the Givers for providing sumptuous tasty meals as well. There was never a lack of anything in the hospital and this speaks volumes.
Once again, thanks to you and your team and I will recommend your facility to anyone.
