Generations actor remains in ICU
PARKTOWN – Rapulane Seiphemo remains in hospital but his family is hopeful he will make a full recovery.
Generations actor Rapulana Seiphemo remains under the care of doctors at the Milpark hospital in Parktown following a fatal crash where two people died on 14 February.
Members of the public have been expressing their shock on social media, with some believing that the actor had passed away after the accident which happened near the N14 closeto Diepsloot.

Family representative Mdu Sikhakane confirmed that the actor was still in ICU and underwent surgery on Monday.
“Not much has changed since he was brought to the hospital but we are still hopeful that Rapulana will make a full recovery,” Sikhakane said.

Sikhakane was unable to give specifics on the operation Seiphemo underwent, citing that it was only the doctors who knew exactly what the operation entailed.
“What is giving us hope is all his vital signs are functioning the way they are supposed to,” he added. He thanked the public for its support and said that at the moment the family was living through prayer.
