Dr Issy Rudolph laid to rest at Westpark Cemetary

MONTGOMERY PARK – Renowned Rotary Club member passes away.

Long standing member of the Orange Grove Rotary Club, Dr Issy Rudolph passed away on 4 January.

Rudolph was a founder member of the Rotary club of Middelburg in 1956 and then joined the Rotary club of Orange Grove when he moved to Johannesburg in 1972.

“He was a dedicated member of the club; a past President, Paul Harris Fellow and Sapphire Pin holder promoting the Rotary ideals wherever he went. Our deepest condolences to his surviving children, Michael, Merle and David,” said Steven Anastopoulos, Communication Officer for the Rotary Club of Orange Grove

A funeral service was held to honour his life and work on 5 January at West Park Cemetery. Prayers will be held from every evening from 5 – 9 January at 17 Thelma Crescent, Bagleyston at 6.40pm

Rudolph was 96 years old.
