YOUR favourite appliance store, Hirsch’s is on a mission to improve the health of its shoppers. The team have introduced, Meat free Mondays which they say has become a popular international trend.

“The idea is to challenge people to eat no meat at all on Mondays in an effort to improve their health – and the health of our planet. During the COVID19 epidemic we are all on a mission to stay as fit and healthy as possible and with that in mind, Hirsch’s and the popular catering company, Eat Greek have come up with a fun competition to get your taste buds dancing,” said Glenda Thompson, the company’s spokesperson.

So make your way into the kitchen and come up with your tastiest vegetarian dish – accompanied by a delicious colourful salad.

Once you have whipped this up send a picture of the end result. Don’t forget to include yourself in the picture and tell us which Hirsch store is nearest to where you live. Visit www.hirschs.co.za to find the store closest to you.
