THIS winter holiday the East Coast Radio House & Garden Show sets Durban alight with a blaze of fun. An array of events have been laid on for the whole family.
The all new Wild Adventures – Kids Jungle Playground provides the role of ultimate chaperone. With 400sqm of rough and tumble activities, including the giant Gorilla Hideout inflatable playground, young hearts will be pumping.
The Secret Science Lab will have the kids making magic. Tornados and foggy dry ice storms explode in a blaze of colour, all the while filling young minds with the weird and wonderful laws of our scientific world.
Environmental science gets its own dreamscape with an avalanche of brand new presentations. The secret ways of worm farms will be on display, plus the chance for your brood to take home their very own Wizard Worms eco system.
Woven throughout the fun, classic kiddies entertainment will be available. Durban’s Tekweni Puppets dazzle with the infinite possibility of imagination, in Pinocchio and the Elephant Child, a homegrown show based on Rudyard Kipling’s mind bending work.
The Sharks players will be at the show on 6 July between 2pm and 4.30pm. The annual show runs from 1 – 10 July. Under 12s get in free every show day. Attendance to Wild Adventures – Kids Jungle Playground is an additional cost to the show ticket: R30 per child, R20 per adult and children under two years old go free. Opening hours are 11am to 6pm.
