Umhlanga estate’s new free-standing homes prove immensely popular

The addition of several free-standing sectional title properties at Balize Private Estate in Umhlanga has been met with great enthusiasm from residents. The construction of these homes was in response to an increasing demand for sectional title property ownership in secure estates, a demand that was particularly prevalent amongst North Coast inhabitants.
