What’s new at the movies? 

Jennifer Garner returns with a vengeance this weekend.  Peppermint, the new film from the makers of Taken, is a high-octane revenge thriller guaranteed to satisfy even the toughest of action-fans out there.  Halloween is around the corner and in the spirit of all things both The Little Vampire (in 3D) as well as Goosebumps 2: Haunted Halloween is lined up.

PEPPERMINT (16 DLV)

Jennifer Garner headlines this revenge action-thriller as Riley, a mother with nothing left to lose. With everything that ever mattered taken from her, she is hungry for revenge. Riley North awakens from a coma after surviving a brutal attack that killed her husband and daughter. When the system shields the murderers from justice, Riley sets out to transform herself from citizen to urban guerrilla.

GOOSEBUMPS 2: HAUNTED HALLOWEEN (10-12PG HV)

Slappy’s back! While collecting junk one day, best friends Sonny and Sam meet Slappy, a mischievous talking dummy from an unpublished “Goosebumps” book by R.L. Stine. Hoping to start his own family, Slappy kidnaps Sonny’s mother and brings all of his ghoulish friends back to life – just in time for Halloween.

THE LITTLE VAMPIRE (7-9PG HV)

Rudolph has problems. Not only is he 13 years old and a vampire, but his whole family is threatened with extinction by the cruel vampire hunter, Rookery. Fortunately, Rudolph encounters 12-year-old Tony, a human. Rudolph brings Tony along on his adventure, which takes the two boys to Transylvania, and brings their two families together, helping them all overcome their prejudices.

BAAZAA₹ (13 DLV)

Rizwan Ahmed is tired of playing the small game. He dreams of being the King of Mumbai. Fighting his own doubts, Rizwan takes the leap and moves to Mumbai where he finds himself one step closer to his idol, Shakun Kothari who is the cold shark of the business world.
