WIN: Tickets to a dinosaur invasion coming to Suncoast

Dinosaurs are coming to Suncoast. Find out how you can win.

IN just under a month’s time, there will be a dinosaur invasion at Suncoast when the Dinos Alive exhibition comes to town. Organisers of the event say the venue will be turned into a scene out of the popular sci-fi film, Jurassic World, when over 25 ancient and mystic dinosaurs from the Dino’s Alive exhibition make Suncoast their home from 12 November to 10 January. This is a Dinos Alive, Suncoast and Webtickets collaboration.

Etienne Schiechter of Dinos Alive said animatronic dinosaurs are realistically modeled after their real-life counterparts, with lifelike skin and texturing. The likes of the winged Pteranodon, towering Diplodocus and horn-rimmed Stegosaurus are popular attractions on show. In addition, fossil displays, a mock excavation pit, rides on the popular T-Rex and Apatosaurus and a jumping castle will be on offer.

The Durban exhibition will feature five information boards that explain the three historic ages of the dinosaur: Triassic, Jurassic and Cretaceous, as well as a look at life before and after these lizards roamed earth. Tickets for the exhibition are already on sale and can be booked at www.webtickets.co.za.

Here’s what you can win:

  • 10 family tickets for two adults and two children valued at R350 each (total value of R3 500).
  • 30 school kids from a disadvantaged school can visit the Dinos Alive exhibition on 12 November with two educators.
  • Five hamper packs valued at R350 each are also up for grabs.
