The menu has been specially created for the occasion and includes a cream cheese and roasted mediterranean vegetable pate and crab, celery and cucumber roulade for starters, matched with the estate’s Kloof Street Chenin Blanc. This will be followed by a Gueridon Trolley service with Rooibos smoked roast leg of pork with traditional accompaniments and pork and sage croquets, paired with a Kloof Street Rouge.
The Mullineux Straw Wine, will accompany the pear and rhubarb tarte tatin with pear and honey ice cream, for dessert.
The dinner will take place in the Durban July Room at a cost of R390 per person for a table of eight guests.
