What noise?

Readers says the complaints about the noise emanating from Moses Mabhida Stadium are nonsense.

Editor

I LIVE on the corner of Umgeni and Goble Roads and we have never been affected by the noise at Moses Mabhida Stadium or the People’s Park.

I cannot understand how Allister Miles and a disgruntled D Adams who live in Virginia are so affected by it.  Mr Miles suggestion that people that are affected by the noise stay away from work and see how that affects the economy makes no sense at all.  Who is going to pay these people for staying away from work?  Does he think of that?  D. Adams, it is not disrespectful if there is music played at a stadium to entertain people, people that paid good money to go there in the first place, absolutely nothing to do with respect.

If these two people are light sleepers and cranky at it then they should take something for their insomnia and chill, really.  I have my television on and I hear nothing of the outside world and when it is time to sleep, you are out so you don’t hear any noise, so people, stop looking for something to gripe about
