I am a white female and I am writing this letter to thank the ANC for implementing affirmative action. If it was not for affirmative action I would not have secured my new job. Contrary to mistaken belief, affirmative action also favours females, which includes white females.
During apartheid, white males held most jobs.
The ANC obviously wanted to introduce some form of balance in the workplace by introducing affirmative action. As for those white males who struggle to find work, I suggest that you look at other forms of employment, perhaps as waitrons, in the security industry or consider emigration.
All females should thank the ANC for the new opportunities presented with our advent of democracy.
