Popular brand launches 100-inch TV at Hirsch’s uMhlanga

Hirsch’s special guests got to be the first to hear about the impressive key features of the Hisense 100U7K.

LOCAL celebrities joined the teams from Hirsch’s and Hisense recently for the unveiling of the revolutionary 100U7K – the first-ever 100-inch TV manufactured in South Africa – at a glamorous event at Hirsch’s uMhlanga last Thursday.

Welcoming guests on behalf of Hirsch’s, Hirsch’s brand ambassador, Luci Hirsch, said that Hirsch’s was extremely proud to be the first retailer to offer the new TV to consumers.

“The Hisense 100-inch TV is a leap in television excellence and a true testament to Hisense’s commitment to innovation,” she said.

The manufacturing of this ground-breaking TV at their Atlantis facility in the Western Cape marks a historic achievement for Hisense, highlighting the company’s relentless pursuit of excellence in the field of display technology.

Mini-LED technology also offers exceptional brightness and contrast, while its 144Hz refresh rate is designed to deliver smooth motion and responsiveness, perfect for gaming and movie enthusiasts.

“The incorporation of Quantum Dot Colour technology provides vibrant and captivating colours while the integration of Dolby Vision IQ offers intelligent picture optimisation based on ambient lighting conditions. The TV even has a built-in subwoofer for powerful, immersive sound, and AMD Free-Sync Premium for a seamless, tear-free gaming experience,” said Hisense’s deputy sales director, Deon Stow.
