Speaking to Northglen News, his brother, Brian Gordon, said they realised something was wrong when Alan missed his daily check-in with his dad who lives in Sibaya.

“Alan checks in with our dad every day, but when Friday and Saturday had gone by with no check-in, and his phone went unanswered, my dad contacted me as he had become worried,” said Brian.

Brian, who lives in Mpumulanga, opened a missing persons report at a police station near him as nobody could get to the Greenwood Park Police Station to open a case in person. He was told that the case would be transferred to Greenwood Park SAPS.

“I found out that there were three friends in his apartment with him on Thursday evening, but when they left, Alan was still in the apartment. I called the gallery on Monday, and staff told me that he had not been in since Friday,” he added.

If anyone has information on Alan’s whereabouts, contact Brian on 082 616 6133.
