Planned electricity outage to affect Glen Anil, Greenwood Park and other areas

The outage is to allow the City to replace damaged switchgear panels.

THE eThekwini Municipality has advised residents in various parts of north Durban to be aware of a planned outage that will interrupt the electricity supply on Thursday, February 15 from 08:00 to approximately 16:00.

In a statement, the City said electricity supply interruption is to allow for Phase 2 for repairs at the Park Hill substation.

Last month, the City completed Phase 1 of the project.
