Wine, dine and all that jazz at Beachwood Country Club

The dress code is anything but heels, to protect the grass.

Not only will there be some great jazz tunes, but patrons will also be treated to a sublime Thai fusion meal from Goo’s at the event.

The Siza Foundation, the proactive CSI hub of The Durban based Samuels Group is hosting the event as part of their arts support programme.

Perfectly Fine combines an elegant fine dining experience with cuisine by respected Asian Thai chef Goo Imthawin from Goo’s on Beachwood and a programme of light classics; catchy pop; hits from the musicals and some jazz fusion courtesy of the mighty KZNPO under the baton of resident conductor, Lykele Temmingh.

Rungan and Nzuza’s music will be interspersed with delicious food. Wine will be served throughout the event.

Patrons will be treated to starters on arrival, a main course during interval and dessert at the close of the concert.

“After the lengthy lockdown, we are desperate to engage with friends and with music. We have all missed concerts and events. We felt it was time to facilitate a gathering to enjoy the finer things in life; good friends, glorious music, quality wine and a delicious meal. Beachwood Country Club always pulls out all the stops to host us, and their venue is accessible, spacious and airy. In conversation with KZNPO’s Bongani Tembe, we have added the KZNPO in to the mix,” said, Darin Samuels.

The premium package comprises an elegant three-course Thai inspired fusion plated meal and wine to be enjoyed in the restaurant at R2 000.
