One injured in M41 rollover in uMhlanga

Paramedics responded to the accident scene on the west bound lane, just before the uMhlanga off-ramp, on Sunday evening.

A DRIVER was lucky to escape serious injury following a collision on the M41 on Sunday evening. 

Netcare 911 spokesperson, Shawn Herbst, said paramedics responded to the accident scene on the west bound lane, just before the uMhlanga off-ramp.

“Reports indicate that the driver of a light motor vehicle lost control, resulting in a rollover before crashing into four other cars. One person sustained moderate injuries and was treated on scene before being transported to hospital. At this stage the events leading up to the accident is unknown,” he said. 

This is the second rollover accident following the horrific crash on the N2 last week which left two people dead.
