Truck crashes into Rinaldo Road property

Fortunately, no one was injured in the incident.

EXTENSIVE damage was done to a Rinaldo Road property when a truck ploughed through the palisade fence this morning (7 January).

Andreas Mathios, spokesperson for Blue Security said they responded to the scene at approximately 8.54am.

“It is alleged the brakes failed and the truck driver went straight through the palisade fence,” he said. 

Matios said there were no injuries reported, although the damage on the fence was “quite extensive”.

“No ambulance was required and no other vehicles were involved in the crash,” he added.

“It seems as though the truck was travelling down Rinaldo Road when the driver lost control,” concluded Mathios.
