Stolen vehicle tracked to Kenville

The vehicle, that was stolen in Inanda, was tracked by the owner.

A STOLEN vehicle was recovered in the Kenville area on Wednesday morning. The vehicle was tracked to the area after it was stolen in Inanda.
 
Tyron Powell of Marshall Security said their Emergency Dispatch Centre received a call for help.
 
“We received information that a vehicle that was hijacked in the Inanda area, was being tracked by the owner. The last known location of the hijacked vehicle was circulated to our teams on the ground who immediately responded,” he said.
 
The vehicle was quickly located by the team, added Powell.
 
 
“The hijacked vehicle was recovered a few minutes later and found in the Kenville area. The suspects had fled the scene,” he said.
 
The scene was secured and handed over to the SAPS for further investigation and processing.
