“This is now the second consecutive year that we have won this award and it is very encouraging for the KZN region as a whole. For years, KZN has been in the shadow of the Western Cape, but now our residential property market is holding its own as a very attractive property investment area. Indeed, our north Durban coastal belt has earned a reputation as being one of the fastest growing markets in the country and certainly one of the most desirable places to live and invest in,” said Bailey.

“Winning this esteemed award is a testament to our exceptional team of professional agents and staff, who are committed to service excellence and the highest levels of professionalism. Thank you to our friends and clients in our Durban North, uMhlanga and eMdloti areas who continue to support us,” added Reynolds.
