DURBAN’S leading entertainment destination, Suncoast Casino and Entertainment World, is encouraging Durbanites to live #LoudInColour by taking part in this year’s CANSA Shavathon .
Louise Howell Suncoast Marketing Manager said they were looking forward to hosting the CANSA Shavathon at Suncoast again.

“This is a fun, interactive charity event and an awesome way to show support for a worthy cause, something that the whole family can participate in,” Howell said.
Now in its fifteenth year, the Shavathon events are independently managed by CANSA staff and volunteers. The aim of the event is to encourage the general public to show their support of cancer sufferers by completely shaving or colouring their hair. For individuals who opt not to do either, donations can be made.

All proceeds collected throughout the country go towards CANSA’s purpose, which is to lead the fight against cancer in South Africa and fund developments in research, public education and general support of cancer patients.
The CANSA Shavathon will take place on Saturday, 24 February from 9am to 4pm at Suncoast.
