Don’t miss tribute to musical prodigy

Kerry Cherry will be on lead vocals in a tribute to Amy Winehouse at Durban’s Rhumbelow .

VOCALIST Kerry Cherry will be performing a tribute to musical prodigy, quirky, fun, raw and flawless singer/songwriter/artist, Amy Winehouse who would have been 34 on 14 September 2017.

The five-time Grammy award winning singer and song writer was 19 when she recorded her debut Frank. Being a rebellious someone she sparked many enthusiasts in her journey which ultimately lead to her end. She still remains on the great hall of fame.

Amy Winehouse and “Best Friends” is a show that will display how she had influences over different artists such as Adele, Colbly Calait, Meghan Trainor and many more.

The eight-piece powerhouse band will perform your favourite feel good songs and give you a moment of memory of a fallen musical genius doll at Durban’s Rhumbelow Theatre situated at St Cyprians Church Hall, 603 Umbilo Road.

The show runs on Friday, 9 February, Saturday, 10 February (8pm) and on Sunday, 11 February at 2pm. The venue opens 90 minutes before show for picnic dinner and tickets are R150 person and R130 for pensioners.
