A Chatsworth couple were stabbed multiple times after four men pretended to be interested in buying their house.

THE killing of a Chatsworth homeseller on Wednesday night has sent shock waves through the Durban community. Gona Pillay (63), the former Southlands Secondary School principal died after she was stabbed to death in her Silverglen home.

Her husband Logie survived the attack and is in hospital.  According to Blue Security’s community and media liaison officer, Andreas Mathios the gang approached the couple at their Silverglen Road home telling them that an estate agent had sent them to view their property, which is currently on the market.
