DRIVEN by their goal to design creative ways to increase staff morale and help relieve stress, Mars Multisales Africa is embarking on Take Your Dog To Work Week to build a fun and stress free working environment.

According to Mars research, dogs in the office can offer a sense of comfort, relieve stress, increase physical activity and even improve productivity and happiness.

Top 5 areas of improvements following pet-friendly policies:

-Employee morale (93 per cent)

-Reduced stress among employees (93 per cent)

-Work-life balance (91 per cent)

-Greater loyalty to the company (91 per cent)

-Reduced guilt among pet owners about leaving their pets at home (91 per cent).
