WATCH: Hikers bump into massive snake

The tiger snake just casually slithers across the path unaffected by those filming him.

TWO Australians hiking along Moonlight Head in Victoria recently had a chance encounter with a massive tiger snake. Tiger snakes, which are highly venomous, have neurotoxic venom, affecting the central nervous system, but also causes muscle damage and affects blood clotting.

However in this video posted by Yolanda McVilly, the snake seemed uninterested in the person filming him.

In her Facebook post, she said: “Came across this little beauty at Moonlight Head walking with Annie Watson. Probably the biggest snake I have ever seen.”

She estimates the snake was about two metres in length.
