Scheduled maintenance stops Moses Mabhida SkyCar

The stadium said on its Facebook page that the SkyCar is non-operational until further notice.

THE Moses Mabhida Stadium’s SkyCar won’t be making any trips in the near future. The stadium said on it’s Facebook page that the SkyCar is non-operational until further notice.

The post explained the suspension of trips across the iconic arch, saying, “It is undergoing scheduled maintenance to ensure that it is safe and secure for staff and visitors.”

The stadium stated they will inform the public when operations resume.

The SkyCar is a main attraction for the Moses Mabhida Stadium. It is a two-minute ride that rises 106 metres into the air, traversing the 350 metre long arch.
