Storm ‘Dineo’ to hit parts of KZN, warns SA weather service

The storm is expected to reach speeds of up to 165km/h in the northern parts of KZN.

PEOPLE living in the northern parts of KwaZulu-Natal should brace for a storm. That’s according to the South African Weather Service who issued a warning this morning saying that the storm, they have named Dineo, will hit later this week.

The first part of the storm is expected to start today (Tuesday).  The storm is expected to reach speeds of up to 118-165km/h early on Wednesday.
South Africa will only begin to experience the effects of Dineo on Thursday over the Lowveld, spreading westwards by Friday.
