Rotary hosts successful Golf Day

THE Rotary Club of uMhlanga hosted their 42nd annual Golf Day recently. The event is the largest annual fundraiser and 2016 has exceeded the expectations of the organisers. With a full field of generous golfers, the club was able to raise enough money to continue much needed work.
Every year the Rotary Club of Umhlanga a Public Benefit organisation, identifies areas of need and communities that require assistance. Through the efforts of members and various fundraisers, much needed finances are secured to support and uplift those in need.
The club supports farming projects, soup kitchens, community programmes and aims to initiate and grow sustainable projects that will be catalytic in alleviating poverty.
The Rotary Club of uMhlanga meet every Tuesday at the Gateway Hotel at 6.15pm..
