Burst out laughing at comedy show

The show introduces Durban to the next generation of comedy stars.

COMEDY Central Roast champion and local comedian Richelieu Beaunoir will be hosting the ninth installment of Next Comedy Generation show on Friday, 2 December at the Durban Jewish Club at 8pm.

The brainchild of Durban comedy legend, Carvin H Goldstone, the show introduces Durban to the next generation of comedy stars. The groundbreaking development comedy show has been unearthing comedy talent from across Durban.

Beaunoir is widely regarded as one of the best hosts in the country and will be hosting the show for the first time on 2 December.

The quick witted Newlands East native gave his fellow comics a proper roasting at the Comedy Central Roast Battle at Parker’s, Montecasino, earlier this year. The poker-faced comedian smoked out fellow stand-ups Lihle Lindzy, Robby Collins, Gavin Kelly, Alyn Adams and Ebenhaezer Dibakwane with a series of scorching one-liners, epic takedowns and blazing insults.
Discounted tickets for the show can be purchased at quicket.co.za or pre-ordered for R100 from 083 2915 702.
