A LA LUCIA resident was held up in her Shelbourne Avenue home on Saturday night by a man who robbed her and her guests of R50 000 worth of items. What’s more the man used a knife from the kitchen. According to Capt Raymond Deokaran, the incident occurred at about 10.45pm.
“The man used the knife from the victim’s kitchen and then held up the woman and her guests. He stole various items, including cell phones and jewellery amounting to R50 000. The suspect then escaped on foot. No arrests have been made,” he said.
