EVERY week, Northglen News brings you ‘Things You Never Knew Existed’. This week it’s the Bagel, a digital tape measure. The tape measure has three different measuring modes and lets you measure just about anything. It can also save measurements, record voice memos, and send data to its mobile app, where you can easily organize and analyze your measurements.
The three modes are string mode which has an unmarked string to measure. The device calculates length, and the measurement instantly appears on screen. In wheel mode, users can hold the Bagel in one hand and roll it on any surface, including curves, to see measurements on the digital display. The final mode is remote mode, where users point to what they need measured.
