AN elderly Durban North couple were held up by eight armed men on Delaware Avenue on Thursday night. The traumatised couple were roughed up by the men in the robbery. According to Marshall Security’s Kyle van Reenen, no one was seriously injured.
“The elderly couple’s son contacted us to say his parents had sent an SMS saying they were being robbed. The suspects came in a unknown vehicle and they entered the house via the lounge window. They fled with three flat screen televisions,” he said.
