Biker seriously injured in Glen Anil accident

A DELIVERY motorcyclist was seriously injured after being struck by a light motor vehicle on Old North Coast Road in Glen Anil on Monday afternoon.

According to Crisis Medical’s Kyle van Reenen, it’s unclear what caused the collision and the necessary authorities will investigate further.

“The man sustained a broken leg and suspected spinal cord injuries in the incident. He was treated and stabilised on scene by advanced life support paramedics before being taken by ambulance to a nearby hospital,” he said.
