Domestic assaulted in Durban North robbery
Armed gang ransack Durban North home.
THREE men armed with handguns held up a Durban North family on Wednesday afternoon. The men ransacked the home and assaulted a domestic worker during the robbery.
According to Marshall Tyron Powell, the incident ooccurred at about 5.45pm on Ennisdale Drive.
“The men accosted a private security guard who was on duty outside the property. The armed trio then ransacked the home taking various items.
“The domestic worker was struck over the head with a handgun during the robbery. The men fled in an unknown silver car,” he said.
