Get on the festive train
Be sure not to miss the express train.
THERE is a train departing this festive season from the Durban Station (Premier Lounge) to uMhlali Station in the north.
There will be a host of activities for guests to enjoy during the ride that includes carol singers and live entertainment on their arrival at uMhlali Station. There will also be themed activities where children can play with Santa and the elves. Tickets range from R150 and R180 for the day trip to R650 and R700 for the Christmas Eve, or R2 500 for a family of four to R800 and R850 for New Year’s Eve or R3 000 for a family of four.
The train will run on 24 December from 4pm to 10.30pm, 31 December from 5pm to 1.30am and 26 December from 10am to 5pm. There will be additional day trips from 27 to 29 December at 8am and 11am to 4pm.
