TO kick off the revamp of the park at the corner of Umhlanga Rocks Drive and Kenneth Kaunda, the Northglen News and Hirsch’s Décor are giving away three double tickets to the inaugural market that is set to run monthly.
The retail store’s owner recently announced that they planned, as part of their I Love Durban North project, not only to revamp the park but also turn it into a vibrant market with vendors selling authentic products.
The plan is also to screen movies at the venue, and the first movie is the original version of the movie ‘Annie’. VIP Tickets cost R60 each, but if you are lucky enough to win you and a partner can watch the 1982 American musical comedy-drama film on a big screen that will be erected in the park on the first night of the market to be held on 6 March.
