SA hit filmmaker dies
The man behind the hugely successful film, Happiness is a Four-Letter word dies.
SOUTH African award winning filmmaker, Junaid Ahmed, has died. The 57-year-old Durban resident is who best known for the 2016 film, Happiness is a Four-Letter Word died early this morning. At this stage the cause of his death is unknown but tributes have been pouring on Facebook and Twitter.
The locally produced film, Happiness is a Four-Letter Word, raked in millions at the South African box office.
He is well known for a number of locally and internationally produced films and documentaries including; Gandhi My Father (filmed in India). At the time of his death, Ahmed was working on his latest project, Keeping Up With The Kandasamys.
