THREE people have been injured in an early morning crash on Umgeni Road just before Cannaught Bridge on Saturday.
According to Garrith Jamieson of Rescue Care, paramedics arrived on the scene and found that a vehicle had crashed into the barrier on the side of the road.
“Three people had sustained various injuries and were stabilised at the scene before being transported to a nearby hospital,” he said.
At this stage it is unclear what caused the collision however SAPS were on scene and will be investigating further, he added.
