Sharks unveil 2016 Super Rugby kit

Sharks kitted out for the new rugby season in style.

THE Cell C Sharks presented their new home and away kit for the 2016 Vodacom Super Rugby competition at a fashion show on Thursday evening at the Shark Tank. The design of the jerseys is culturally inspired and based on the five pillars of The Sharks brand, which is Innovation, Courage, Passion, Unity and Perseverance.

Sharks ceo, John Smit said: “We have always prided ourselves as being leaders in innovation and match day activation.  Our brief to the BLK team was to design a jersey that best represents our rich KZN culture and our proud history.  At the same time we wanted a modern and edgie look.

“We are pleased with the end product, which has already received positive review from major retailers in South Africa.  We hope our fans enjoy the new design.”

The new Cell C Sharks jersey is available from The Shark Cage and all major retailers.
