Truck crash leaves one injured
A 20-year-old was injured during a truck accident on North Coast Road early this evening.
A COLLISION between a vehicle and truck on North Coast Road has left one injured. The incident occurred around 7pm this evening.
According to Kyle van Reenen, of Crisis Medical, the 20-year-old suffered moderate injuries during the crash at the Rinaldo Road intersection in Durban North.
Van Reenen confirmed that the injured commuter was the driver of the vehicle and did not have any passengers with him at the time of the accident
“The man was treated on scene before being taken through to hospital by Crisis Medical paramedics,” he said.
It is unclear what caused the collision and the necessary authorities will investigate further.
