Musical heavyweights head for Durban
Multi-award-winning South African rapper, Cassper Nyovest, will be in Durban on Friday ahead of the the country’s greatest horse racing event, The Vodacom Durban July.
THE Vodacom Durban July, which takes place this Saturday, is the talk of the town. Setting the tone for Saturday’s racing festivities, #TheJulyEve, which will take place at The Society on Friday, 3 July, is billed as an affair of pure elegance, bringing together South Africa’s favourite celebrities and over 20 musical acts across two dance floors and a main stage.
Performances by musical heavyweights such as Riky Rick, Black Motion and Cassper Nyovest will bring the main stage to life, while the hip hop dance floor will be ignited by leading DJs such as DJ Feel, DJ Speedsta and DJ Capital. The house dance floor will pound to the beats of Shimza, Benny Maverick, Fistaz Mixwell and many more.
