Car overturns in Glenashley accident

A CAR has overturned following an accident on Aubrey Drive earlier this afternoon. The accident occurred near M4 on/off-ramp just outside the Glenore SPAR. According to Crisis Medical’s Neil Powell, the drivers and passengers of both vehicles miraculously escaped the accident unscathed.

“It seems a white Suzuki travelling down Aubrey Drive t-boned a grey car which was turning to get onto the M4 and the impact of the crash caused the car to overturn and land on its roof. Thankfully no one was injured in the accident,” Powell said.

Earlier this week three people were injured in a similar accident after the driver lost control of his vehicle and flipped it on its side near Virginia Bush.
